Home just wouldn’t be the same without your pets, and we invite you to bring them with you to Westbury Lake Apartments. Your furry friends will love our spacious floor plans and amenities designed with them in mind. 

Pet Policy

At Gillespie Group, we understand that pets are part of the family! To ensure a comfortable living environment for all our residents, we have established the following pet policy:

Pet Privilege Fee: 

A one-time, non-refundable, pet privilege fee of $350.00 is required.

Monthly Pet Rent: 

$45.00 per pet, per month.

Pet Limit:

A maximum of 2 pets per apartment.

Breed Restrictions:

Please note that certain breed restrictions do apply. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepards, Doberman Pinchers, Chow, Presa Canario, Dalmation, Akita, and Great Dane.
